  • This website, www.voorent.com, (hereinafter referred to as "Voorent") is owned, hosted and operated by Voorent Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "VPL"), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at House. 95, Ground Floor, Pocket 17, Sector 24, Rohini, New Delhi - 110085. This page explains the terms by which you may use our online services, website, API, and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively the "Services").
  • By accessing or using the website, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use (herein referred to as "Terms") and to be bound by them. VPL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as and when they are changed. For the purpose of the Terms and wherever the context so requires, the words "you" and"your" shall mean any person who uses the Website or the Service in any manner whatsoever including persons browsing the Website and its content, posting comments or any content or responding to any advertisements or content on the Website. The terms "User" and "Customer" would include both the Subscriber/Advertiser(s) and Browser/Visitor(s). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Additionally, when using a portion of the Service, you agree to conform to any applicable posted guidelines for such Service, which may change or be updated from time to time at VPL's sole discretion. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guideline, or any subsequent changes thereto or become unhappy with Voorent or the Service in any way, your only choice is to immediately discontinue use of Voorent. These Terms may be updated by VPL at any time at its sole discretion.
  • This electronic record is prepared in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Voorent is an intermediary as it stores/transmits records and provides service with respect to that record. It also includes a search engine and provides an online market place hence it falls under the definition of 'intermediary' as per Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2008 This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 which require an 'intermediary' to publish the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the URL www.voorent.com
  • By your use of this website, you confirm your acceptance and it would be accepted as would a written agreement with your signature. Any material change brought about to the following terms shall become effective on the lapse of five days following the aforesaid change.

  • You understand that Voorent does not control and is not responsible for ads, directory information, business listings/information, messages between users, including without limitation e-mails sent from outside Voorent's domain or other means of electronic communication, whether through the Website or another Third Party Website or offerings, comments, user postings, files, images, photos, video, sounds, business listings/information and directory information or any other material made available through the Website and the Service ("Content"), and that by using the Website and the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for and must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will Voorent be liable in any way for the Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the browsing, using or reading any Content listed, e-mailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Voorent cannot and does not pre-screen or approve any Content but at the same time Voorent has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, delete or move any Content that is or may be available through the Service, for any reason or no reason at all. Furthermore, the Website and Content available through the Website may contain links to other third party websites, you may be subject to those Third Party Websites' terms and conditions and other policies. Voorent makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such Third Party Website, and your linking to any other websites is completely at your own risk and Voorent disclaims all liability thereto.
  • You acknowledge and agree that Voorent is not responsible for the Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service and the consequences of posting, transmitting, linking or publishing it.
  • Voorent does not endorse any Content or any opinion, statement, recommendation, or advice expressed therein. Voorent does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Website, and Voorent may, at its sole discretion, remove any infringing Content if properly notified in accordance with applicable law that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Voorent reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice. Voorent may also terminate a user's access to the Website, if they are determined to be an infringer or found to be indulging in any act contrary to these Terms. An infringer is a user who has been found indulging in infringing activity. Further, at its sole discretion, Voorent reserves the right to decide whether any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms. By reading these terms you are also expressly providing your consent to Voorent to publish additional details of any listing where deemed necessary. Voorent may publish these additional details by providing a visual service to its users/subscribers by uploading photographs of the features of any listing. Voorent may also provide additional information on such listings by publishing the intricate/necessary/important/peculiar details of any such listing. Voorent may also include an exclusivity clause in its agreement with respect to renting any form of appliance for a defined time period (as per the agreement). In such a case, this exclusivity shall be available at a differential pricing system by Voorent. Voorent provides its features on a 'request' basis and refrains from guaranteeing the same. Voorent also reserves the exclusive right to offer listings on promotional basis or through promotional contests and are subject to changes discussed in detail below.

  • Voorent is a commercial renting portal, offering a wide range of furniture and electronic appliances for home or offices designed on the principles of Human Factors and Human Engineering. For home decor, Voorent ensures of giving one a comfortable furnishing at a very affordable cost. Our itinerary includes - bed, sofa, side table, mattress, pillow, dining table, centre table and electronic appliances like fridge, washing machine, TV, AC, oven, etc. Our packages are both complete and customizable according to the clients wish. We provide all the items one require to live a comfortable life. Voorent provides ergonomically designed equipment to ensure maximum productivity and comfort. Voorent provides complete furnishing or customized furnishing along with interior designing and setting up a full-fledged workstation. Voorent's designs are latest as per the market trend. From setting an environment to modifying it according to your needs, Voorent provides all.
  • Voorent may require its Users to subscribe to one of the pre-arranged packages being offered on the website or may also allow a User to build his/her very own personalised residential or home furnishing/décor package(s) upon subscription. Upon selecting any such abovementioned furnishing or décor packages, furthermore, in order to avail the Services offered by Voorent, the User shall be required to pay a commensurate subscription fee or "Fees". The Services of Voorent shall be initiated upon payment of the Fees and a User shall be entitled to enjoy such Services on monthly basis by paying the Fees on or before the 7th of every month. You further agree that Voorent reserves the exclusive right to modify or amend or alter the Fees, if needed, by providing a thirty day notice in advance. In order to facilitate the Users, Voorent may send reminder(s) via emails to its User(s) for payment of the monthly fees. Although you may be able to conduct payment and other transactions through the Website, using third-party vendor, however Voorent is not in any way in involved in such transactions. As a result, and as discussed in more detail in these Terms, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Voorent is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and shall have no liability to any party in connection with such transactions. You use the Service and the Website at your own risk.

  • The accuracy of the Registration Data given to Voorent on initial application for the Service shall be the sole responsibility of the User.
  • The user agrees that any data entered into herein may be subject to mandatory verification process by Voorent
  • Any licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required for using the Service shall be obtained by the User at his own cost.
  • The User will ensure compliance with all notices or instructions given by Voorent from time to time to enable the use of the Service.
  • The User understands and agrees that User is responsible for all applicable taxes and for all costs that are incurred in using the Voorent Service.
  • The User shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him.
  • The User shall keep confidential and not disclose to any person the User's password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his user identification.
  • The User shall immediately notify Voorent of any un-authorized use of the User's account or any other breach of security known to the User.
  • The User shall promptly make the payment to Voorent towards the Subscription Fees viz. yearly and half-yearly lock-in plans as and when it becomes payable.
  • The User shall be responsible for the set-up or configuration of his equipment for access to the Service.
  • Voorent in its sole discretion shall reserve the right to refuse, edit, modify and alter the content.
  • Voorent does not accept any responsibility towards the data available in the website.
  • Voorent however shall endeavour to use the best industry practice of weeding out all wrong or false data available and undertakes to withdraw all such data within reasonable time of receipt of such complaint.
  • All complaints should be addresses by email.
  • The User shall promptly report to Voorent by email of any inaccurate information pertaining to any listed appliance on the Website.
  • User of the website agrees to indemnify and keep Voorent indemnified from any wrong/false data available.

  • You acknowledge and agree that the materials on the Website, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Materials") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Voorent, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian laws, foreign laws and international treaties and/or conventions. In connection with the Services, the Website may display certain trademarks belonging to third parties. Use of these trademarks may be subject to license granted by third parties to Voorent. You shall, in no event, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such trademarks and nothing herein shall be construed to grant you any right in relation to such trademarks. Materials on the Website are provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. Voorent reserves all rights not expressly granted herein to the Website and the Materials. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Materials other than as expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Materials of third parties obtained through the Website for any commercial purposes. If you download or print a copy of the Materials for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Materials or enforce limitations on use of the Website or the Materials therein. The Service is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws, other laws, and international treaties and/or conventions. Content displayed on or through the Service is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws, other laws, and international conventions. Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of the Website, the Materials, or the collective work or compilation is expressly prohibited. Copying or reproducing the Website, the Materials, or any portion thereof to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited.   • All logos, brands, trademarks and service marks ("Marks") appearing in Voorent are the properties either owned or used under license by Voorent and / or its associates. All rights accruing from the same, statutory or otherwise wholly vest with Voorent / its Associates. The access to this Website does not confer upon you any license or right to use in respect of these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks in any form or manner, whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.
  • Voorent respects the Intellectual Property Rights of all, it has and will continue to adhere to all the laws applicable in India in this respect. Voorent shall protect and respect the Intellectual Property Rights of the users as well as third parties to the best of its ability. In a case where a user/users are found to be using any other competitive site as a platform to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others, Voorent will be free to terminate this agreement forthwith without any notice to the user.
  • Promo Codes, Coupons & Discounts –Modify or cancel anytime. Voorent reserves the right to withdraw, change, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice. –No retroactive pricing. Discounts are locked at the time of transaction. Existing orders will not be repriced based on any new or lower offer. –New promotions apply to new orders only. Any fresh offer launched by Voorent is valid strictly for new bookings and does not apply to ongoing or past transactions. Discount decisions are at Voorent's sole discretion. Voorent determines who is eligible for a discount, the applicable rate, and the duration — this is non-negotiable.
  • Default in Payment –Agreement termination. Voorent may immediately terminate the rental agreement if payment is overdue by 2 or more months. –Asset repossession. Voorent has the right to pick up all rented items from the customer's premises upon default — without further notice or consent. –Right of property entry. Upon a payment default of 2+ months, Voorent's authorised team may enter the customer's premises to inspect and recover rented assets. The customer consents to this right at the time of booking. –Pending dues remain recoverable. Repossession does not waive any outstanding rental amounts, penalties, or associated costs — all dues remain payable. –Legal action. Voorent reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings for non-payment, wrongful retention of assets, or any breach of the rental agreement.
  • Delivery & Installation Charges –Standard delivery is included in the rental plan as advertised, subject to normal access conditions. –Additional charges apply where delivery or installation requires extra effort due to: high floors or no lift access, narrow/restricted passages, complex structural layouts, elevated or wall-mount installation, insufficient space, or an unusually long carry from the vehicle to the premises. –Charges are assessed on arrival. Voorent's delivery team will evaluate on-site conditions and communicate any additional charges before proceeding. Payment must be made prior to installation.
  • If Delivery Cannot Be Completed –Applicable for any reason. Voorent may be unable to complete delivery due to — but not limited to — space constraints, access restrictions, incomplete or invalid KYC/documentation, or any operational condition that makes delivery unsafe or impractical. –Item returns to warehouse. In such cases, the rented item will be returned to Voorent's facility. –Costs deducted from advance. Applicable delivery, logistics, and handling charges will be deducted from the customer's advance or security deposit. No liability on Voorent. Voorent shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or delay arising from a non-delivery.
  • Advance Rental Payment –Voorent may require advance rental payment instead of monthly billing in any of the following situations: issuance of a new or replacement item; unresolved KYC or documentation concerns; limited inventory availability; special discounts or promotional offers availed by the customer; or any other operational, credit-related, or business reason at Voorent's sole discretion. –Monthly payment is not a guaranteed option. If Voorent requires advance payment, the customer cannot opt for or revert to monthly billing unless Voorent expressly permits it in writing. –Customer choice. Customers who voluntarily wish to pay rental in advance — rather than monthly — may request to do so at the time of booking or during the tenancy, subject to Voorent's approval. Advance payment is non-refundable for the period already covered, except as per Voorent's standard refund policy.
  • Repossession of Assets –Ownership stays with Voorent. All rented items remain the exclusive property of Voorent Pvt. Ltd. at all times. The customer has a limited right to use — not own — the items. –Right to repossess on default. Voorent can reclaim rented assets without a court order upon payment default or breach of agreement. –Customer consent to entry. By accepting these terms, the customer explicitly consents to Voorent entering the rental premises for the purpose of inspecting and recovering assets in the event of a default. Pending rent remains due. Recovery of assets does not absolve the customer of any outstanding rental, penalty, or associated dues.
  • Voorent's Sole Discretion –Item allocation. Voorent determines which specific product, brand, or variant is delivered. Images on the platform are representative; actual items may vary within the same or equivalent category. –Right to refuse service. Voorent reserves the right to decline any rental request at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. –Pricing & offers. All rental rates, packages, and promotional offers are set by Voorent and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Voorent is not liable for any infringement of copyright arising out of materials posted on or transmitted through the site, or items available on the site. If you are an owner of intellectual property rights or an agent who is fully authorized to act on behalf of the owner of intellectual property rights and believe that any Content or other content infringes upon your intellectual property right or intellectual property right of the owner on whose behalf you are authorized to act, you may submit a notification to Voorent together with a request to Voorent to delete the relevant Content in good faith. The notification and the request must contain the following information-
  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the Content (by means of data or communication link, AD ID, etc.) that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit Voorent to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Voorent to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • A signed statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property right-owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A signed statement that the intellectual property-owner holds Voorent harmless from any claim of any third party in connection with the removing by Voorent of the relevant content and, a signed statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Any use of "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic devices, programs or algorithms or methodology, or any similar process to access or cause to access or acquire or cause to acquire or copy or cause to copy any portion of Voorent or its Content is strictly prohibited and any contravention shall be immediately notified by Voorent to the Investigating Authorities and appropriate actions shall be initiated under the Information and Technology Act, 2000.
  • Users are strictly mandated to not test the vulnerability of the website or any computer resource networked with the website.
  • Additionally Users are strictly mandated not to reverse look-up, trace, and search or cause to do any of the instantly mentioned activities with respect to any other User.
  • Users are further prohibited from making any statement(s) or comment(s) on Voorent that pertain to caste, race, sex, place of birth, place of origin, mother tongue, etc. which may offend any other User or Community. Furthermore, User shall not post any derogatory or offensive statement(s) or comment(s) about Voorent, in the event of contravention, the User's account shall be terminated.
  • Users shall not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal sent to us on or through the Website or any service offered on or through the Website.
  • User shall not falsely represent himself/ herself on behalf of any other person or entity.
  • The User shall not use the Website or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of the Company.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Voorent, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from:
  • Your use of and access to the Website and/or the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive termination, modification or expiration of these Terms and your use of the Service and the Website.

You understand and agree that sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications to Voorent email addresses or through Voorent computer systems are expressly prohibited by these Terms. Any unauthorized use of Voorent computer systems is a violation of these Terms and certain applicable laws. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties under Section 43 or as the case maybe Section 43 read with Section 66 of the Information Technology Act.

You acknowledge and agree that Voorent shall not be liable for your interactions with any organizations and/or individuals on the Website or through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with any interaction you may have with other organizations and/or individuals. These dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree and acknowledge that Voorent shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or interactions. If there is a dispute between participants on the Website, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Voorent is under no obligation to become involved in such dispute. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Voorent, its officers, employees, agents and successors from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our Service.

  • Voorent shall be charging its Users one month's advance at the time of initial registration/subscription and this amount charged by Voorent shall be refundable provided the User cancels the order placed two days prior to its estimated delivery. Furthermore, in the event the User has paid this amount and accepted the delivery, it shall be presumed by Voorent that the User has deemed to accept the Services and accordingly such a deposit shall not be refunded by Voorent.
  • Voorent shall follow a uniform monthly billing cycle starting from the 1st of every month of the English Calendar. However, if the subscription by the User is commenced any time after the 1st of any month, the pro-rata rental shall be deemed to be accrued against such a User after which the User shall be subjected to the above mentioned uniform billing cycle.
  • The abovementioned rental shall be paid by the 7th of every month. In the event the User fails to pay the rent by the 7th of every month with respect to the bill raised against him or her, then the User shall be subject to an interest of 2% per month from the date of default till the date the rent in arrears are cleared. Additionally non-payment of rental for two consecutive months shall attract termination of Services of the User by Voorent.
  • By signing the NACH mandate form the User declares that the particulars provided in this mandate are correct and complete and hereby agrees to participate in the NACH/ECS/Direct Debit/Standing Instructions (SI) and make payments through the NACH platform according to the terms and conditions thereof.
  • Furthermore the User agrees that Voorent Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any transaction failures for reasons that are beyond the control of Voorent Private Limited or for reasons of negligence or misconduct that cannot be attributed to VPL.
  • The User also agrees that the terms and conditions set out herein with respect to NACH/ECS/Direct Debit/SI may be modified from time to time and such modification shall be deemed to have been accepted by the User upon communication.
  • The User agrees to register for ECS/NACH/ (Debit Clearing)/Direct Debit/ SI Facility and that the payment towards VPL shall be made from the same bank account as provided in the mandate form.
  • VPL is not liable for bank charges, if any is debited from the investor's account by the destination bank, on account of payment through NACH, Users are requested to hand over a cancelled cheque for the account to which the auto debit is being set up to the delivery personnel from VPL.
  • In the event of payment of rental via cheque and the same is notified by the bank as dishonoured then Voorent shall levy an additional charge of Rupees Five Hundred on the base amount on which the cheque was initially drawn and if such a pending payment is not realised within fifteen days of receipt of notice of dismissal of cheque, then Voorent shall initiate the appropriate criminal proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
  • The charges for various services vary over different offerings, furthermore Voorent reserves the exclusive right to change the offering's prices as and when required, this change of prices also includes change in prices of items offered in promotion or through contests. However the listings available on the Website shall be subject to a Lock-In period or a minimum use period as the case maybe. The Lock-In periods offered by Voorent will vary as per the listing in question. All the offerings made available by Voorent shall be read to be conditional upon the Lock-In period chosen accordingly by the user. To know more about the offerings and pricing, please visitwww.voorent.com. Where any form of Fees accrues it shall be payable at or within such time as stated in the invoice(s) issued by Voorent to the User. The Fees shall be paid by the User on demand. In case the user disputes the same for any reason whatsoever, he shall make the payment towards the Subscription Fees accrued subject to the decision of Voorent on the dispute. In the event of Voorent deciding the dispute in the User's favour, Voorent shall refund to the User any excess amount paid by the User free of interest.

  • The User agrees to pay for any damage or destruction or loss or alteration or modification or loss or theft or disappearance of items regardless of the cause or fault or act beyond his or her control. In the event any article is beyond repair, the market price for the same shall be charged.
  • Voorent through its agents shall do a check or quality assessment of all items to ascertain the level of damages to the items.
  • The parameter of Damages are as follows :
    • Minor scratches (below 4mm in width and depth and 4 cm in length) on wooden furniture will be ignored as they are considered 'normal wear and tear'.
    • Minor Chips and breakages in timber (below 9mm in width 2mm in depth and 3 cm in length) will be ignored, those above the said dimensions will be charged for.
    • Any damage which is a result of raw material or manufacturing defects will not be chargeable to the Customer.
    • Any damage that results in the product being unusable will result in the value of the product being charged to the Customer.
    • Tear in upholstery will result in charge towards replacement of upholstery. Opening up a stitched joint will not be chargeable.
    • Stains on upholstery which are not removable via dry cleaning will result in a charge for upholstery replacement.
    Note: The above list is not an exhaustive list but rather is an inclusive list.
  • The extent of damage would be ascertained by comparing against the quality control document signed by the Lessee and photographs taken on delivery.
  • Any variation showing damages, if ascertained as not caused by normal wear and tear, would be charged and would have to be borne by the Customer.
  • A damage report (QC report) will be created on the spot and a copy will be handed over to the client.
  • At the time of pick-up, a damage report will be generated as per damage policy. A clean chit or list of damages will be handed over to customer by representative of Voorent.
  • Once the items are in custody of Voorent, they will undergo quality checks to determine the repair cost. Repair cost shall be adjusted and the balance amount from refundable deposit will be deposited to lessee's account. This process may take up to 7-10 working days.
  • Any damages resulting from accidental or intentional actions, including but not limited to physical damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications, shall be the sole responsibility of the user. In such cases, the user shall bear the full cost of repair or replacement.
  • This agreement does not cover damages caused by external factors such as fire, water damage, electrical surges, or any other unforeseen events beyond Voorent's control.

  • Refund requests placed with Voorents must include the name of the Subscriber-User, Subscriber Number, Address, Email Address and telephone number.
  • Refunds are possible under the following cases :
    • Delivery of incorrect items or articles
    • Delivery of damaged items or articles
    • User returning part of the items or articles
    • User swapping part or whole of the package for a lower rental range within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of delivery
  • Refunds shall be processed within seven to ten working days from the date of pick up. Refund shall be subject to deduction of damages, unpaid monthly rentals and any other justified deductions.
  • Refund shall be made through NEFT transfer only and during the process of refund upon its completion, Users may be notified about the process.

  • Presently Voorent delivers its items or articles in Delhi NCR Voorent does not guarantee delivery within any stipulated period of time but the delivery service of Voorent is dependant upon the number of orders awaiting, its delivery staff availability etc. However Voorent shall endeavour to deliver the items within three days from the date of order.
  • Voorent shall keep the User updated with respect to his or her order and furthermore Voorent shall notify the User about the delivery status and timing a day in advance.
  • Furniture shall be delivered and set up by the agents of Voorent.
  • Presently Voorent is delivering its items without any charges and hidden costs, however the same shall be subject to changes or modifications in the future with prior notice.
  • In the event of any damaged or incorrect delivery, the User can opt for refund or can opt for replacement. In the event the User opts for replacement, the same shall be replaced by Voorent within 48 hours.
  • In the event of delay in delivery, Voorent shall notify the User about such a delay 2 hours in advance and shall thrive to avoid any further delay.
  • In the event the User is unable to accept the delivery in first two attempts made by Voorent, then the User shall be subject to a penalty amounting to Rupees 1000 and in the event the User is unable to accept the delivery on third attempt by Voorent, the order shall stand forfeited and the User shall not be eligible for any refund.
  • Upon successful placement of order with Voorent, the User shall be provided with a unique identification feature which shall enable the User to track his or her order. This unique identification feature shall expire upon successful delivery of the order.
  • Voorent shall remain in contact with the User on the day of delivery by constantly providing the User with the requisite information through email or phone call or text messages or through any other electronic form.
  • The authorised receiver of the items for delivery or the User himself or herself shall be asked to sign a receiving document as well as a check list of the items received, acknowledging delivery of the same. In the event the User is not available in person, the User's parents, siblings or immediate family members shall be deemed to be the authorized recipient.
  • At the time of delivery, it is the responsibility of the User to check and verify the quality and details of each of the furniture that is being delivered. This is to ensure that the User has received exactly what was ordered.

You acknowledge and agree that Voorent may establish limits from time to time concerning use of the Service, including among others, the maximum number of days that Content will be maintained or retained by the Service, the maximum number and size of postings, e-mail messages, or other Content that may be transmitted or stored by the Service, and the frequency with which you may access the Service or the Website. You acknowledge and agree that Voorent has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted by the Website or the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Voorent reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that Voorent shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Any claim you may have against Voorent must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction the courts of MENTION JURISDICTION. The failure of Voorent to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid (including, without limitation, because such provision is inconsistent with the laws of another jurisdiction) or inapplicable, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision. If any provision or provisions of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms shall not in any way be affected or be impaired.   • Please report any violations of the Terms that you become aware of by contacting us on support@voorent.com. Any failure to act by Voorent with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches by you or others. You understand and agree that, because damages are often difficult or impossible to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you will be liable to pay Voorent the following as liquidated damages (and not a penalty)
  • If you use Voorent e-mail addresses or computer systems to send unsolicited e-mail to Voorent e-mail addresses or any other party, you agree to pay Voorent the amount as decided by the company for each of such emails.
  • If you aggregate, copy, display, mirror, reproduce, or otherwise exploit for any purpose any Content in violation of these Terms without Voorent's prior and express written permission, you agree to pay Voorent the amount as decided by the company for each day on which you engage in such conduct.
  • If none of the foregoing clauses (1) – (3) are applicable, you agree to pay Voorent actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, Voorent retains the right to seek equitable remedies, including without limitation, specific performance of any term contained in these Terms, or a preliminary or permanent injunction against the breach or threatened breach of any such term or in aid of the exercise of any power granted in these Terms, or any combination thereof, without the necessity of posting a bond.

In the event you wish to cancel any of our services then you shall be required to send an email to support@voorent.com. The cancellation will be effective after due confirmation from our side and a notification to this effect will be sent to you. However there shall be no refund of any lock-in or any other fee already paid. Voorent shall reserve the exclusive right to cancel any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode. The cancellation charges are subject to the cancellation/refund policies.
  • Voorent reserves all rights to cancel any order if all required documents are not uploaded by the customer or if document verifications fails.

    • To protect the secrecy of his user Identification and/or password the User shall take all such measures as may be necessary (including but without limiting to changing his password from time to time and shall not reveal the same to any other person(s). Since a user identification is necessary to access the Service the User shall use only his own user Identification. It is agreed by the User that he acquires no rights to any mailbox number or/and the user identification or/and circuit reference or/and any codes assigned to him by Voorent. The User further agrees that except as otherwise proved herein, Voorent reserves the right to change or/and re-assign the same to the User at its sole discretion without being liable to the User for any kind of damages or/and relief or/and any other consequences.
    • In the event of theft or/and loss of user identification or/and password or/and security word, the User shall notify the Voorent immediately by email and personally concurrently provide Voorent with a written notice to that effect. The User shall remain liable for use of the Services by any third party until such theft or loss is notified to Voorent. The password and username being made available to the customer shall be used only by an individual or the organization named by the customer and the employee of the organization. The User shall take all necessary pre-cautions to prevent un-authorized access or/and leakage of username or/and password being provided by Voorent to him. The user shall not use any software to automatically download or/and extract either a complete or/and partial listing from Voorent database without prior consent from Voorent in writing.

    Voorent may at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever at any time deactivate or/and suspend the User's access to Voorent and/or the Services (as the case may be) without notice to carry out system maintenance or/and upgrading or/and testing or/and repairs or/and other related work. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement, Voorent shall not be liable for any loss or/and damage or/and costs or/and expense that the User may suffer or incur, and no fees or/and charges payable by the User to Voorent shall be deducted or refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or/and suspension.

    • Either party to this agreement may terminate this Agreement by giving prior notice of 30 days in writing. It shall be on the discretion of Voorent that the period of notice of 30 days may be waived or a shorter period of notice may be accepted in writing from the User.
    • However, Voorent irrespective of above may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, without prior notice to the User and without assigning any reasons whatsoever. If in the opinion of Voorent, the User has breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or/and, If, in the opinion of Voorent or/and any regulatory authority, it i s not in the public interest to continue providing the Service to the User for any reason or/and, If the User is declared a bankrupt or/and the User enters into any compromise or arrangement with its creditors and further without any prejudice to any/all other rights.

    To ensure a secure, transparent, and compliant rental process, Voorent requires all customers to adhere to the following documentation and verification standards:

    1. Credit Authorization and Consent
      By using Voorent's services, the Customer expressly authorizes Voorent to:
      • Access credit information from authorized Credit Information Companies such as CIBIL, CRIF, Experian, or any other recognized bureaus.
      • Assess the Customer's creditworthiness and risk profile.
      • Conduct background checks, including employment verification and identity validation.
      • Personalize product offerings and manage service engagements effectively.
      This credit information will be used strictly for evaluating eligibility and enhancing customer service.

    2. Personal and Financial Information Usage
      The Customer agrees to provide and permit the use of the following information for verification and compliance purposes:
      • PAN Number issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
      • Permanent Address Proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID).
      • UAN history (for employment and income verification).
      All personal and financial data may be securely shared with:
      • Affiliated partners
      • Service providers
      • Verification and collection agencies
      • Regulatory and compliance bodies
      These parties are authorized solely for operational, legal, and compliance-related activities.

    3. Identity and Documentation Matching Requirements
      To proceed with the order, the following document matching criteria must be fulfilled:
      • The name on the PAN card must match the name provided in the order.
      • The name on the permanent address proof must match both the PAN card and the order name.
      Any discrepancies may delay or disqualify the application.

    4. Data Privacy and Security
      All personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Only authorized personnel or partners with legitimate operational roles will be granted access to sensitive customer information.
      Voorent remains committed to ensuring the highest standards of data privacy, integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout its customer onboarding and service lifecycle.

    Voorent offers an optional Same Day Delivery service to enhance customer convenience. By selecting this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Service Overview
      • Same Day Delivery (₹300): Available for orders placed and confirmed between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), only in select Gurgaon PIN codes. Delivery will be attempted on the same calendar day.
      • Next Day Delivery (₹300): For orders placed after 12:00 PM, delivery will be scheduled for the next calendar day.

    2. Service Eligibility – Location Restrictions
      Same Day Delivery is currently available only in Gurgaon, and only for selected PIN codes. Availability will be automatically checked and confirmed during checkout.

    3. KYC Requirements
      • KYC (Know Your Customer) must be completed and verified by 12:00 PM (noon) along with the order placement.
      • KYC verification typically takes 1–2 hours after documents are submitted.
      • If KYC is not completed and cleared by 12:00 PM, Voorent reserves the right to schedule delivery post-verification, which may result in next-day delivery.

    4. Delivery Time Commitment
      Voorent will aim to deliver within 7 hours of both order and KYC confirmation (if done before 12:00 PM). However, delivery timelines may be impacted by:
      • Operational load or peak-time constraints
      • Traffic or weather delays
      • Delay in customer-side KYC submission
      • Incorrect/incomplete address or contact details
      • Access issues (e.g., gated communities, no-lift buildings)

    5. Failure to Deliver Same Day
      If both the order and KYC are completed before 12:00 PM and Voorent fails to deliver on the same day due to internal reasons:
      • The ₹300 Same Day Delivery fee will be waived, or
      • If already paid, a refund/credit of ₹300 will be issued within 5–7 business days.

    6. Non-Refundable Conditions
      The ₹300 Same Day/Next Day delivery fee is non-refundable under the following circumstances:
      • Order placed after 12:00 PM (noon)
      • Delay in KYC submission beyond the cutoff
      • Customer unavailability during delivery attempt
      • Incorrect address or contact details
      • Society-level delivery restrictions or no-lift access

    7. Customer Obligations
      • Upload KYC documents promptly after order placement.
      • Ensure availability at the delivery address during the delivery window.
      • Stay responsive to communication from Voorent's delivery or support team.
      • Confirm your PIN code's eligibility for Same Day Delivery before proceeding.

    8. Cancellations
      Orders with Same Day Delivery can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Post that window, standard cancellation fees may apply based on processing status.

    9. Right to Modify or Deny Delivery
      Voorent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or deny Same Day Delivery in the following cases:
      • Incomplete or delayed KYC
      • Operational disruptions or safety concerns
      • Service area restrictions or system errors
